Where is the location of Healthy Fest 2024?

The event will take place at Ecovention, Ancol (Jl. Lodan Timur No.7, RW.10, Ancol, Pademangan District, North Jakarta, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 14430).

Is Healthy Fest 2024 a paid event? What classes are available at Healthy Fest 2024?

"If you want to join the classes at Healthy Fest 2024, registration and payment are required according to the details provided. The available classes at Healthy Fest 2024 are as follows:

  • Fun Color Run 5K (06:30 - 08:00 WIB)
  • Yoga Class (09:00 - 10:00 WIB)
  • Pound Fit Class (13:00 - 14:00 WIB)
  • Body Combat Class (14:30 - 15:30 WIB)
  • Zumba Class (16:00 - 17:00 WIB)

The sports classes (Yoga, Pound Fit, Body Combat, Zumba) are divided into two categories: VIP Class and Regular Class."

How much is the registration fee for the Fun Color Run and Sports Classes at Healthy Fest 2024?

"Here are the registration fee details:

  • Fun Color Run 5K: Rp150,000
  • 1 Sports Class (Yoga / Pound Fit / Body Combat / Zumba) VIP Category: Rp300,000
  • 1 Sports Class (Yoga / Pound Fit / Body Combat / Zumba) Regular Category: Rp150,000

These ticket prices include entrance to Ancol (per person) but do not include vehicle entry."

How do I register for the Healthy Fest: Fun Color Run event?

Registration for Healthy Fest 2024 can be done through the website healthyfest.co.id by selecting the class you want to participate in. If you don't want to join the running or sports classes but still want to enter the Healthy Fest 2024 area, you need to purchase a Visitor Ticket (which includes Ancol Entrance Ticket, but excludes vehicle entry) for Rp30,000 per person.

What is the difference between VIP Class, Regular Class, and Visitor (Companion) tickets?

Notes: Visitor ticket only has access to booth activations, not including ticket/bracelet for Tulus' performance

What is an Add-on Ticket?

Add-on Ticket are if you want to join join more than 1 different class type (for 1 person), so add-on ticket does not include Ancol Entrance Ticket.
For example, you want to join 1 Pound Fit Class and 1 Yoga Class, then the registration fee:
  • 1 Pound Fit Class Ticket = Rp150,000 (including Ancol Entrance Ticket)
  • 1 Add-on Yoga Class Ticket = Rp120,000 (excluding Ancol Entrance Ticket)
  • Total 1 Pound Fit Class and Add-on 1 Yoga Class = Rp270,000

When can I pick up my goodie bag?

Goodie bag collection is divided into two times according to the respective class schedules by showing the running/class ticket bracelet
Goodie bag collection details:

✅ FUN COLOR RUN & Yoga = 10.00 - 13.00
✅ Pound Fit, Body Combat & Zumba = 15.30 - 19.00

I wanna register two or more classes. How?

You can add on another classes for Rp. 120.000 (regular access) and Rp. 250.000 (VIP access)
For add on classes you will get only ONE Ancol Ticket. However, you will still get two goodie bags.

Is On The Spot (OTS) ticket available?

"On The Spot (OTS) tickets for the Fun Color Run and Sports Classes are available as long as spots are still open (quota remains).

For those who just want to enter the Healthy Fest area (without joining any classes), there is an OTS ticket priced at Rp10,000. OTS tickets can be purchased at the registration booth."

Are there any other activities or activations besides the running and sports classes (Yoga, Pound Fit, Body Combat, Zumba)?

What if the jersey size is not suitable (not enough) for me to use?

Jerseys are available according to gender (Male and Female) with sizes S, M, L, and XL. The maximum Chest Circumference (LD) for Women's Jersey Size XL is 105 and for Men's Jersey Size XL is 114.

If you are a woman but the XL size on the Women's Jersey is not enough, then it can be exchanged for the XL Men's Jersey. However, in the gender section of the registration data, still select Women. Please confirm to the WhatsApp contact (at the bottom right of the web) available on the website regarding changes to this jersey exchange.

If LD> 114 (XL jersey size is not enough), you can wear a white jersey/shirt when attending class.

Are there shower rooms and changing rooms available?

  • Shower rooms are available in the beach and Ecopark areas
  • Changing rooms are available in the front area of ​​Gate In (Lobby)

If I buy a visitor ticket, can I watch Tulus' performance/concert?

No, to get access to the performance, you can only buy and follow the running/one of the sports classes until the end because the concert access bracelet will be given after completing the running/sports class

Does the purchased ticket include the price of a vehicle ticket (motorcycle/car) to enter the Ancol area?

It does not include a vehicle ticket (motorcycle/car).

When is the payment deadline for registration for the Healthy Fest 2024 event (Fun Color Run & Sports Class)?

The payment deadline is 1x24 hours after registering via the website (according to the payment information that appears after registration). Fun Color Run and Sports Class tickets are sold as long as the quota is still available. Make sure to register and pay before supplies run out (registration is closed).

Where will payment and ticket information appear after registration?

"Billing information / registration invoice will appear on the website, email, and WhatsApp according to the data entered during registration. Tickets will also appear on the website, email, and WhatsApp after successful payment. Make sure the information entered is correct and appropriate."

How do I enter the Healthy Fest 2024 area?

  1. Check the ticket you get after payment (there are 2 QR Codes, namely 1 QR Code to enter Ancol and 1 QR Code to enter the Healthy Fest 2024 area).
  2. Prepare the ticket (in the form of a Healthy Fest 2024 QR Code) and show it to the registration booth area
  3. If you are taking the Fun Color Run / Sports Class, you will get class equipment (bracelet, jersey, mission card), please use the Healthy Fest 2024 bracelet and jersey before entering the class area. If it is only a Visitor Ticket, you will only get a mission card. Show the QR Code at the gate in area to be scanned and can enter the Healthy Fest 2024 area
Make sure the information entered is correct and appropriate."

How to pick up goodie bags for running and sports class participants?

Goodie bags can be picked up at the Redemption Goodie Bag Booth (2nd Floor) at the specified times, namely:


✅ Pickup of Goodie bags (Running & Yoga): 10.00 - 13.00
✅ Pickup of Goodie bags (Pound Fit, Body Combat & Zumba): 15.30 - 20.00

Is there a baggage storage / baggage booth?

Baggage booths are provided specifically for running and sports class participants.

Can beginners take the running and sports classes at Healthy Fest?

Running and all sports classes can be taken by beginners or those who are taking classes for the first time at Healthy Fest 2024.

Things to note

  1. Applicants are Indonesian citizens or foreign citizens who reside in Indonesia and have an Indonesian Residence Permit Card (KITAS).
  2. Applicants register for Healthy Fest 2024 at the appropriate registration link (website).
  3. Applicants agree and are subject to the rules and regulations of Healthy Fest 2024.
  4. Healthy Fest 2024 can only be attended by registrants who have registered & paid
  5. Must maintain the confidentiality of the QR Code Ticket that each person gets (do not distribute the QR Code obtained)"

When will the Racepack be collected for Fun Color Run Healthy Fest 2024 participants?

Racepack collection can be done on:

✅ November 9, 2024 at Blu Zone GBK (07:00 - 19:00 WIB)
✅ November 17, 2024 at Ecovention Ancol (Starting at 05:30 WIB)

Racepack collection must show identity (KTP/SIM/NPWP) according to the registered data or if represented MUST bring a Power of Attorney stating the identity details (KTP/SIM/NPWP) of the registrant .

Does not include collection of running goodie bags. Goodie bags will be distributed after running on November 17, 2024

If you take the Pound Fit / Yoga class, do you have to bring your own ripstix and mat?

If you take the Pound Fit Class, ripstix and mat are provided. For Yoga Class, mats are also provided.

Can the purchased ticket be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend?

Tickets cannot be transferred to other people and are expected to maintain the confidentiality of each ticket.

Are participants allowed to bring children into the Healthy Fest 2024 area?

Participants may bring children as long as the child already has a ticket to enter by registering as a visitor via the website. Healthy Fest 2024 provides a Kids Playground so that children can play in the area.

Are children required to buy tickets?

Yes, children aged 2 years/height above 100 cm are required to buy a visitor ticket (including ancol ticket) to enter the Healthy Fest area. For access to the kids playground, it is free (no additional charges)

Children must be accompanied/supervised by adults while in the Healthy Fest area

Is a shuttle bus provided?

Shuttle Bus (Wara Wiri) is provided by Ancol starting at 08:00 WIB. The route can be checked via the Ancol website.

How do I join the Tulus concert (Special Performance by Tulus) at Healthy Fest 2024?

"The Tulus Concert (Special Performance by Tulus) can only be attended by participants who have registered as class participants and attended the class until the end.

A bracelet for the Tulus concert will be given after participants attend the class.

If you do not have a Tulus concert bracelet, you cannot attend the Tulus concert for any reason."

Do I have to stay if I join the morning class/running to watch Tulus in the afternoon?

Participants are allowed to leave the venue (Healthy Fest area) after class/running, provided they bring the Tulus access bracelet:

✅ For running participants, the Tulus bracelet is distributed in the goodie bag.
✅ For class participants, the Tulus bracelet is distributed after the class session is finished.

Please note not to leave the Ancol area because the ticket is valid for 1 entry only. If you want to leave the Ancol area, you need to purchase another Ancol Ticket to enter the Healthy Fest area (NPURE only provides 1 free ticket)

  • 5. Attend the class until the end
  • 6. Attend the Activation Booth and complete the Mission Card provided
  • 7. Use sunscreen"

Dont's

  • 1. Arrive late
  • 2. Push yourself and don't maintain your body condition
  • 3. Not wearing the class equipment provided (wristband, Healthy Fest 2024 jersey/clothes)
  • 4. Not drinking enough which causes dehydration
  • 5. Bringing sharp weapons, alcohol, drugs, and explosives
  • 6. Not paying attention to the Healthy Fest 2024 T&C
  • 7. Disturbing the comfort of other visitors
  • 8. Throwing rubbish carelessly"
